Annual MVSC Membership Picnic
Come join us at the 2009 Annual Membership Meeting and Picnic, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009.
The location will be at the Donegal VFW Post 6743 less than a mile on the left past Sarnelli’s on Route 31E, 110 Veterans Lane, Jones Mills, PA 15646. Click here for and ariel view and Google Map directions.
2:00 PM Time to Socialize – Snacks, Beer, Wine, Water & Soda
Dinner to be served at 4:00 PM
As always, Picnic counts as a meeting! The area around the shelter is grassy, so bring your games.
Volunteers Needed!!!
As the venue has changed this year, club members will be needed between 12:00 PM till closing to help set-up, cook and clean-up. Please call 724-455-1682 or email Al & Sharon Sain if you are able to volunteer
Costs: Member – Annual Dues of $30 plus one side dish/person or $6/person.
Kids 16 and under FREE, kids over age 16 pay $5.
Bring a guest for $10 and remember “New members are welcome”!

When you RSVP please tell us what you are supplying (hors d’oeuvres, vegetable dishes, salads or desserts). and if your are available to volunteer.
