Our annual Election Meeting will be held at Bear Rocks Community Center 161 Big Springs Road Acme, PA, 15610 We would love to have all members attend so that you may have an opportunity to either run for an officer role and/or cast your vote for the upcoming year. As you know, we have elections each year and positions available.
If anyone is interested in Conducting and being the Election Chair or interested in any of the positions please contact or submit your name to President, Dan Porter with your questions. Dan can be contacted by calling or texting him at (412)303-5213. Elections shall be by secret Ballot. Please submit your name no later than Friday, April 25, 2025 so we can prepare for the meeting.

You can still be considered for a position on the day of the election by being nominated and added to the slate.
The Community Center offers a very reasonable cash bar, please do not bring your own beverages.
