If the trip is cancelled, will we get a refund?
Yes.

If we cancel will we get a refund?
I will do my best too get you as much money back as I can. The refund will depend on the circumstances. Again, I will do my best to get the hotel and ski tickets refunded. The Miscellaneous fees (bus etc) will not be refunded.

Can we drive up on our own?
Yes, you can. But please understand that the bus we rent is a fixed cost that must be paid by everyone on our trip. The most cost-effective way to drive yourself is to book your own rooms with ski tickets outside of our group. The rooms and ski tickets may be a bit more, but you won’t have to contribute to the bus. Of course we’d much rather have you come on the bus with us! Also, it’s a lot nicer to be on that bus if we get a snowy day to drive as we have the last two years!

Do we have to buy the Subway bus dinner for the ride home?
No, but let’s do it this way. Let me charge everyone the same “miscellaneous fee” which include the Subway fee then I’ll reimburse you when we get to Subway. Honestly, it’s a cheap and easy way to get something for the ride home!

How many stops will the tour bus make to pick people up?
The tour bus will pick people up at the Skier’s Circle at 7 Springs at 7:00am sharp on Thursday February 2, 2023 and stop an hour later at the Evans City Park ‘n RIde to pick up people. Those are the only two stops.

Does the bus have a bathroom?
Yes

Does the bus have WiFi and power at the seats?
Yes

Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
Bring whatever you’d like to eat and drink on the bus as long as it doesn’t inconvenience others.
