Please join your Mon Valley Ski Club Friends at the Donegal Event Center, 113 Community Center Lane, Jones Mills, PA 15646 ((behind Dollar General-Look for sign) , Saturday, May 2, 2026 (3:00pm – 8:00pm) to watch the 2026 Kentucky Derby “RUN FOR THE ROSES’’.
Bring a covered dish per couple and prepare to bring some $5 bills. (NO ATM). We will spend the afternoon and early evening picnicking, playing games and watching the 152nd Kentucky Derby on a large Projector TV. The BYOB social will start at 3:00 pm, snacks will be provided; dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. The race will take place at 6:57 pm.
“JUST FOR FUN” bring a few $5 bills to bet on some ponies. All funds will be distributed to winners
Ladies and Gentlemen dress up and prepare to wear and vote for your favorite Derby Hat!!
Feel free to register and bring your friends along with their covered dish and donations!
If you know what you are bringing, please respond to the Punchbowl invitation accordingly.
We can use some help so when you get there don’t be bashful!
Members’ costs:
$0 per person with one covered dish
$10 per person without a dish
Non-members’ costs:
$10 per person with one covered dish
